Coming from a background of Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, I've never been able to replicate the burn in my grips and forearms that I got from competition until using the Gripedo. I've wanted to get a Gripedo and incorporate it into my training for quite a while and am very happy that I have finally done so. Between strengthening my hands and arms as well as the recovery that I am able to do after years of abuse on my body, the Gripedo is an incredibly versatile tool and I would highly recommend anyone add it to your bag of tools.

5 STARS EASY! If i could i put more no doubt its worth all the stars!! Saw on instagram and did a bit of look into others who were using it and the exercises they were incorporating into their training. Athletes/arm wrestlers/bjj/judo/martial artists were some to name a few who were all using it to help them improve their grip and forearm size/strength. Being a martial artist and gym junkie, I figured the only way to see how well it works would be to try it for myself and now gripedo has easily become a staple in my grip and forearm training. Also, if you live outside of the U.S., don't be afraid to hit up the team. Big shout out to Emre for organising and seeing every last detail through right from leaving the U.S. to arriving in my hands here is Australia. Great product, great team and outstanding customer service!
I’ve been using the Gripedo for almost 2 years! What a training tool! It goes with me on work trips and vacation! This is must for your gym! Great for tennis elbow, trying to grow your forearms, GRIP Strength, BJJ and so on! You will not be disappointed!
This is the only product on the market for grip work that is this innovative! It does isotonic forearm contractions in sand or rice. It does pronation and supination of the wrist and forearm with barbell wrist rollers. And you can also use it for finger crush strength using it as one handed deadlifts. Having the hole drilled into a fin allows for use of a rope and loading pin or just carabiner to weight plates or kettlebells. This is a definite must have for GarageFit and my clients and athletes alike!
One of the best grip strength training tool on the market. I was recently able to incorporate it into my workouts and it help with both grip strength and help gain additional resiliency for my martial arts practice.
Super unique piece of equipment. Love the look and materials + the multi movement of using the gripedo in the sand, as well as putting it on the end of a barbell and having the ability to roll up the weight hammering your forearms. Can’t recommend this product enough
Hi there, wow it's amazing Gripedo 4 inch with very effective multi levels 5 exercises for the forearm. 3 weeks only and I can see my forearm improve a lot 😊 it's worth every penny I payed for. Thank you so much I am very happy with this item. I cannot wait for those items back on stock one Gripedo HUB Trainer and the second one 1.5 Diameter Bar Handle.
Fantastic forearm and wrist training tool. One of my favorite to use (and I have a lot haha). I already have a large diameter pvc wrist roller so for me this lives in a sand bucket and gets twisted for gains!

Love this stud of a product. Definitely torches the forearms. I use this everyday at home, great way to get a forearm workout, super convenient and beneficial. Highly recommend.

I really like this thing! Very challenging for grip work with a Voltra. I’d love to see one that’s somehow interchangeable - like use the ball, then maybe swap it for a handle or smaller ball, etc. I also find it doesn’t hold chalk well and is pretty slippery, but that’s only a minor complaint. What it does well, it does REALLy well, which is to be used in the sand bucket. The fins at the bottom really drag and cause great resistance which is exactly what I needed. I was so excited to get it into my bucket and be able to store the bucket away and out of site WITH a sealed lid on it and in place. To my disappointment, it’s about 1 inch too long for the lid of the bucket to close completely. I feel like this is a missed opportunity here as I definitely do not want a bucket of sand upturned accidentally in my gym. Taking the gripedo in and out in the gym is also a bit of a pain with the sand, so I’d love to see this made a teeny bit shorter to close up and keep in the bucket. However, I love it and the multi- function usage! I would definitely buy it again and highly recommend. These are minor issues so I’d really give it more like a 4.5. Rounding up to. 5!!
Store owner replied: Thanks Kathryn. Really appreciate that. Our patterns are actually for interchangeable handles. It’s just been a little bit challenging to build that way. We considering making a model of interchangeable handles and I’ll make sure to bring this up to our team. Thank you for the comment about the height. We were gonna make it shorter, but then doing rolls could be challenging because we had some guys that had trouble already putting two hands for wrist rolls, especially for those guys that have big hands. This is very helpful feedback it. We will make sure to talk to Team and may consider making a 6 inch model which could help with taking to the gym for those who put it in their gym bag. I truly appreciate the thorough review and valuable feedback. If you need anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
I have been using it for arm wrestling, combat sports athletes and even rehabilitating every day people who had a wrist or forearm injury to gain back their grip and forearm strength and/or get back their functionality. You can’t find anything like that around and I highly recommend it as grip strength is one of the most important things and grip strength, like VO2max, is one of the strongest associated predictors to longevity too!!!
Awesome product! We definitely will be applying this in our MMA gym. Great size and quality.

Highly recommend if you have nagging wrist, elbow or shoulder issues or just want to improve your grip and resilience. Solid piece of gear for any gym or garage with multiple ways to put it work.

It’s amazing got my grip more resistant in a week and in a month everything was easier could hold two cold metal 25s in the same hand and hold a rubber 55lb plate with one hand and overall my grip has gone up like 20 pounds
Store owner replied: This is awesome. Excited to hear this. Tnx for sharing . Please keep us posted and thank you so much. If you need anything, let us know. Sharon and Emre

The Gripedo Trainer is an absolute must have in you arsenal 🚀 it’s a fast 💨 fun workout that will guarantee growth mobility and strength in your forearms wrist and hands 🇺🇸 #icdchamp
One of the most versatile products out there for grip strength!! You can do so many different types of grip exercises with this tool. Highly recommended! Plus the owner is so knowledgeable and helpful.
I'm always searching for new grip training tools. These were a great find! I have both the red plastic and black metal one. I use them in my vintage Sinclair 5 gal bucket with rice! Excellent training tools!! I highly recommend you buy them!!!
I am a physical therapy student that does pretty high level grip strength stuff and find the Gripedo Trainer to be an amazing product. I own 2 - the bar handle and the 4" ball models. I own a LOT of grip equipment to say the least, and this is by far the most multi-purpose that I own. As a forearm roller, it has the feel of a thicker than normal axle bar without knurling, making it harder to grip (which is a good thing). For sand wenching, you really can't overdo the resistance, so it is really good for any individual to establish a very solid foundational level of grip, wrist, and forearm strength. By changing the level it sits in the sand, you can choose between working on overall strength or active recovery where you go much lighter and work on range of motion and promoting circulation. I initially chose the bar handle model because I wanted to do heavy pronation and supination without being limited by grip strength. I eventually wanted to incorporpate pinch grip to this also so I got the 4" ball model. I especially enjoy using this as a warmup before doing rolling thunder lifts, and it is a great warmup for anything, really. It also works well on a barbell - I initially used chain but it operates much smoother with rock climbing rope. It is also a great finisher for workouts. I have been recommending Gripedo to everyone that I know. Great customer service, also. A+!
Love my Gripedo! I use it multiple times each week and my son uses it for increased grip strength for baseball. We’ve both seen big improvements! Amazing product and super versatile. -Dan C.
“Strength & Conditioning for Arms, Chest & Shoulder Girdle. Baseball Pitcher since 1980. Avoid Injury & Train Smart with Gripedo Trainer.”
I love this thing!! My hands are so much stronger and my wrists feel so much better than before ( they used to be a bit beat up from wrestling and boxing). I can feel the difference in my jiu jitsu as well.
I train mainly grappling arts and I've noticed a lot of top tier grapplers have insane grips. Since owning one my grip strength has improved significantly. I can say from experience it's helped me a lot with my jiu jitsu and wrestling. Especially with arm drags, takedowns, limb isolation, breaking mechanics, escape, etc. Outside of martial arts it really helps with weight training. I've noticed when deadlifting I have an easier time holding the weight, which allows me to focus more on form. The customer service is the best I've worked with. You can tell this company is really passionate about what they do. I highly recommend ordering yours today.
Customer service is fantastic. One of the best. You feel valued as a customer. Product is superb quality and feels indestructible. Will last a lifetime. Awesome pump / workout in your hands and forearms after using this device, highly recommended. I will buy again from this company. Strength-Oldschool.com
After suffering a work related hand injury I got into grip training as part of my rehab process. Gripedo was a HUGE factor in that and now a mainstay in my training! Try one out and you’ll end up a repeat customer. They’re legit THAT good. Thinking I’m full of 💩? Check me out at @savagemikevoebel for the 💯
I purchased my gripedo original after experiencing several other Jiu-Jitsu players increase their overall grip strength. I love the durability of this product, the ability it has for multiple uses, and how easy it is to take and use on the go. I now have no excuse not to train my grip! P.S. the Gripedo team is a and customer service is above and beyond!
The Gripedo has been instrumental in strengthening my wrists, elbows, and shoulders. The cannonball grip has made it possible for me to work grip strength through various exercises that also hit all of the muscles of my shoulder and back! Being a jiu jitsu practitioner, I need to be able improve grips, while bulletproofing my joints in preparation for the wear and tear of frequent training sessions. My wrists have always been a weak point, and I can literally feel them getting thicker and more stable! The rotational workouts that I can do due to the propellors on the bottom(plus a bucket of rice) is a unique feature of this workout device. I regret not buying this tool earlier. I can’t wait until I am strong enough actually load weight onto it.
Very awesome and creative product. really works your forearms and fingers building an insane grip. I like how I can turn it in a bucket of sand while watching television with my family. Spending time with the family while grip training can't beat that. There's a lot that can be done with this from turning it in a bucket of sand or spinning it on the end of a barbell raising weight attached to rope and even use it pulling a sled or cable. Very versatile product which is awesome. Can't get bored with this product. Love it.
I am a competitive arm wrestling and in arm wrestling, grip strength, forearm strength, as well as pronation and supination is key to winning against your opponent. I have used the standard gripedo for a couple of months now and saw great results. I just bought the gripedo handle to further advance my pronation training.
This is a great product. I believe in the product, that is why I purchased all three Gripedo variations. I bought this product as a prehab/rehab device for my wife and me, as well as my brother who is an aspiring martial artist. My grip strength has improved tremendously by simply doing the sand wrenching exercises seen on social media. The Gripedo will be a main tool used in my venture back into martial arts and gymnastics. Besides being a great and innovative tool, the customer service for the brand is top notched. I have always received timely responses to my inquiries and I feel appreciated as a customer in my dealings with the brand.
Great product! Twisting and wrenching the Gripedo in a bucket of sand has immensely helped my grip strength for grappling, and alleviated pain I was having in my wrist and elbow. I use the Gripedo on a daily basis.
This thing is amazing. Really good for wrist and grip it can do several different things and on top of that the company is great at communicating and providing good service. It’s a wonderful experience all around.
Store owner replied: Paul thank you much. This review means a lot and thank you for supporting our family business. Emre and Sharon

As an athlete who relies on grip strength. This tool really does help increase the conditioning and help with flexor and extensor strain. Worth the upgrade from the ol’ rice bucket.
Store owner replied: Zach, thank you! Really appreciate that. Wishing you the best with your training. If you ever need anything or have questions please do not hesitate to reach out. Sharon & Emre
Best forearm workout
