Gripedo HUB Trainer
The Hub Handle is built to develop fingertip, pinch-grip, wrist, and forearm strength. It can be used as a wrist roller and is especially popular with rock climbers, grapplers, and strength athletes who rely on strong hands and precise grip control.
While it can also be used in sand or rice, the Hub Handle is best suited for barbell-based training and loaded grip exercises.
