“Gripedo might be my favorite grip tool on the market right now.
It is so versatile it’s a shame I didn’t invent it.
You can work many aspects of grip and forearm strength with it. You can do holds with ball end, stick it in sand and with it round and round and stick it on end of a barbell in the rack and use as a grip roller with multiple points of contact.
I love this thing and I am not getting paid to tell you about it.
It’s AWESOME. There are tons more grip exercises you can do as well.”

“I am PSYCHED on the Gripedo. Gripedo might be the best way for us puny climbers to fit in amidst all the tank top bros in the weight room. This grip trainer slips on to end of a barbell and offers multiple grips letting you twist and lift to build pure grip strength, as well as do sled pulls, static weight holds, etc. I found it most useful for training high resistance forearm extension and flexion with the hand in open position (with the ball grip) , while the other hand remained horizontal. I’d recommend training 2-3 times a week as an adjunct to your climbing, focusing on high weight low rep cycles (2-4 rounds, 1-2 efforts).”

"This is an awesome product that found to be very valuable and I have been using it with my clients. I very highly recommend it. It is a great investment piece. I enjoy using it very much and it has helped me condition my hands and my arms since I am a manual therapist but I also have been using it with great results with my clients. I would ver highly recommend it if you are in the market to train your grip. It is very well put together together and it is going to last you a long time. It is very versatile with what you can do with it."

“Gripedo is a great Strength-Training tool for developing some serious grip strength. This “cool tool” offers you a bunch of different grip options for developing some gorilla-like grip. This tool will definitely bring you back some flair of the “good old gym days” where people used to blacksmith their forearms with real steel and not only their thumbs by posting gym selfies and tapping on their smartphones. In my point of view the Gripedo is a tool to invest in. It’s durable and probably will last you a whole life long. We literally use the gripedo at every workout in our gym”

This is a pretty cool tool that you can chuck it in back of your car to get a workout anywhere. I will personally be using the Gripedo in a sand bucket for warm up and working for time. I believe it can prevent elbow issues and can help with imbalance issues in the forearm. It is quite difficult to on the grips. The sand training works grips, fingers, wrist, forearms and working with it increases endurance and gives a huge pump in the forearms. This is a very clever design and useful method of training for supination and pronation training for rehab and prehab for elbows and the wrist as well. I am a big fan of wrist rollers and gripedo allows single hand exercises with the nice ball shape handle and you will fell it in your hands really quickly, it works really nicely and allows exercises that are hard to mimic in gym. It is a very versatile device and it is a very clever design. I am a fan of this and implementing in my training.

“The Gripedo Trainer is an incredibly versatile grip building tool that is a swiss army knife of sorts. Thanks to its unique design and ability to be used in multiple ways, we recommend the Gripedo Trainer to anyone looking for a piece of equipment to increase training versatility with minimum space. This constant innovation is great for the industry and the consumer, and the Gripedo Trainers is the perfect example of this. They've taken a versatile piece of equipment, the barbell, and created an attachment that increases its functionality for an affordable price. Yes, that's a wide range of different exercises, but that's why we think it's such a cool piece of equipment, there's little out there that can compete with its versatility. This constant innovation is great for the industry and the consumer, and the Gripedo Trainers is the perfect example of this. They've taken a versatile piece of equipment, the barbell, and created an attachment that increases its functionality for an affordable price.
"I use this week in and week out at my gym with my wrestlers, baseball and softball players Great Piece of Equiptment. We are constantly testing it here at Diesel Crew"

“This is by far one of the best pieces of equipment I have ever used. Back when I was in high school I read about how often Alex Rodriguez did the rice bucket to strengthen his forearms. I had a big bucket of rice right next to my bed and I did this on a consistent basis every night. It helped my grip strength, improve my bat speed and strengthen my arm. This device is taking that whole process to another level. Kids in high school, college and even Professional baseball need this. This is a must have. You need to have quick hands and strong forearms for baseball. The burn you get while putting it in rice or sand is outstanding.
Highly would recommend to any gym, school, MILB or MLB team. People don’t take into account how important this is to do. It’s easy to travel with and even easier to incorporate into any workout. If you are a ball player this is a must have! “

“Gripedo is a fantastic tool to develop grip strength. If you want a cast iron grip, this could be a great investment for you. I get a lot of requests for reviews all the time for products, supplements but only a very few get to a stage of review and this is my first and only product that I have reviewed. I really really enjoyed using the gripedo. It is a solid piece of kit and is probably going to outlast my kettlebells. There are a variety ways of using it. What I love about it that it brings the thumb in to play and develops the entire hand and my hands were sore early on but identified weaknesses in my grip. It allows identifying weaknesses and ability to tackle these areas. I have not seen any other tools and products that allows some of the exercise patterns. It is very unique. I have used several grip tools over my time but gripedo is just an fantastic tool with many capabilities.

“The gripedo is super cool. I find it to be a very effective tool for grip, hands, forearms. We have been using it to train our fighters. The gripedo is an incredibly valuable tool. I believe grip training is a huge advantage if it is done right. The sand training is a excellent way to train the hands and forearms. With use of different gripping positions the sand training can really tax the hands, forearms.”

“We have found using the Gripedo barbell to be very effective in closely resembling the release point for our professional pitchers rehabilitating from elbow injuries at TMI Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Surgery. The barbell pronation and supination exercise works the flexor pronator mass in a concentric and eccentric manner that can’t be trained in another fashion. The feedback from our pitchers has been that it targets their forearm muscles better in a more functional manner compared to traditional dumbbell wrist strengthening or rice bucket training we tried.”

"I really like the gripedo and you might not think it is that difficult but literally you start feeling a really a burn after 5-7 seconds. I really like it. It can be great tool coming back after and injury. We use these with our teams especially on the off season"
